Since the beginning, we've built our community around a simple idea: work hard, get better, and belong.
A CrossFit affiliate since 2010 and an Official HYROX Training Club since 2025, we've continued to grow while staying true to what built us: community, inclusion, consistency, hard work, and doing things the right way.
